Account & data deletion

Delete your SUNTHIEF data

SUNTHIEF has no accounts or passwords: your phone gets an anonymous player for the online leaderboards. You can delete that player, with everything linked to it, at any time.

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open SettingsFrom the main menu, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my dataYou'll find it next to the Privacy and Terms buttons.
  3. Confirm with DeleteYour phone must be online. The game confirms with "Your data was deleted" and starts fresh.

No longer have the game?

Send this form (or email procoderx786@gmail.com) and we will delete your player within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask a question to make sure we delete the right one.

Or email procoderx786@gmail.com.

When it happens

In the game: immediately. By email: within 30 days, usually much sooner. Copies in our database provider's short-term backups expire on their own within 30 days.

If the game can't reach our server, nothing is deleted and it tells you so. Try again when you're online.

What is deleted

  • Your player: its ID, display name, the hashed install ID, app version, device model and language setting.
  • Every run summary you posted, and your entries on all leaderboards.
  • Crash reports sent while your player was signed in, coins or gems we sent you, and your notification (push) tokens.
  • The record of the days you played online.
  • If you signed in with Google: the link to your Google account (its ID and email address) and your cloud save. Our records of your ad-free subscription and of the ads the game showed you.
  • On your phone (in-game deletion only): your progress, coins, gems, heroes and upgrades. Your settings, like sound and graphics, are kept.

What we keep

  • A note that a deletion happened: the random player ID, the date and how many runs, crash reports, subscription records and ad records were removed, without your name or email address.
  • A request sent with the form: your email address, the display name and message, for 12 months after we handle it, as a record.
  • Totals that were already counted and can't identify you, such as how many runs were played on a given day.
  • Crash reports sent before the game had a player are not linked to anyone and are deleted after 90 days.

Uninstalling the game removes your progress from the phone but not your player on our server. Deleting your data doesn't cancel an ad-free subscription: cancel it in Google Play.
